- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:
- Items are unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on flat sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective soles. Please try these on carpeted surfaces only.
How to Return
