Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on flat sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective soles. Please try these on carpeted surfaces only.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US customers) or instructions for international returns
- Package your items securely in the original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at the designated carrier location
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- US customers: Free returns with our prepaid label
- International customers: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Exchanges: We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Options

- A different size of the same style (subject to availability)
- Another style of equal value (price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly)
